What the Guild is

A place where Europe's hardware builders hang out, help each other, and show what they are making. No gatekeeping, no theory-only talk. Bring a project, a question, or a part number. Everything open, everything shared. The Guild runs on people teaching people.

U3 · PINOUT

Who it's for

Builders 10 to 30

Kids soldering their first board sit next to founders shipping their tenth. Age is just a number on your badge.

Anywhere in Europe

Berlin to Lisbon to Tallinn. Meet the people behind the hackerspaces, the startups, and the bedroom workshops.

Every level

Never held a soldering iron, or you have run a production line. Both belong here. Everyone is learning something.

U6 · THE CODE

The Guild code

01

Be decent. Everyone here is learning, including the youngest members. Talk to them the way you would want an adult to talk to your kid.

02

Keep it in the open. Help happens in public channels, so everyone learns from it. No pulling members into private DMs.

03

Give credit. Open source runs on attribution. Name your sources, share your files, pay it forward.

04

No selling, no spam. Share what you built, not what you are flogging. This is a workshop, not a marketplace.

05

Report anything off. Message a moderator or email hans.stam@gmail.com. We read it, and we act on it.
